I have a real passion for working with professionals from all sectors, helping them to achieve organisational improvements in their workplaces. I have extensive experience in the design and delivery of both accredited and non-accredited management training and executive education.

 

For a number of years I was programme director of the executive MBA business school programme offered by a UK red-brick university. I have had the priviledge of working with a diverse range of leaders and managers from across the UK economy, as well as cohorts in Europe and the far East.

 

I hold multiple postgraduate qualifications including an MBA from a leading UK Russel Group university. I also have years of practical experience leading change projects in organisational settings. My wide-ranging career has seen me work in both private and public sectors, as well as holding a board level position with a charity for over a decade.
